POSADAS 2024
On behalf of Mujeres de Colores, we express our deepest sense of gratitude to each and everyone of our donors, sponsors, and volunteers for making our Posadas / Christmas Gift Program another success. We had over 350 children who benefitted from your generosity. It is by God's grace in placing angels from our community in our path who share our belief and values to help families and children in need in our community.
En nombre de Mujeres de Colores, expresamos nuestro más profundo sentimiento de gratitud a todos y cada uno de nuestros donantes, patrocinadores y voluntarios por hacer de nuestro Programa de Posadas / Regalos de Navidad otro éxito. Tuvimos más de 350 niños que se beneficiaron de su generosidad. Es por la gracia de Dios al colocar ángeles de nuestra comunidad en nuestro camino que comparten nuestras creencias y valores para ayudar a las familias y a los niños necesitados en nuestra comunidad.

ANNUAL EVENT OF LAS POSADAS DE NAVIDA
LOCATION: NORTHSIDE AZTLAN COMMUNITY CENTER, 112 E WILLOW ST, FORT COLLINS
Presented by Mujeres de Colores with City of Fort Collins Office of Equity and Inclusion
Our annual Posadas event is a cherished tradition that celebrates the true meaning of Christmas while providing gifts for families in need. This event is inspired by the Hispanic Christmas tradition of re-enacting Mary and Joseph's journey to find shelter.
As a community, we aim to help as many families as possible, recognizing that many struggle during this time of year. Our Posada program relies on the kindness and generosity of the businesses and Fort Collins communities.
CHILDREN MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE WINTER GEAR AND SELECT GIFT.
NIÑOS TIENEN QUE ESTAR PRESENTE PARA RECIBIR EQUIPO PARA CLIMA FRIO Y ESCOGER SU REGALO.

We collect NEW items throughout the year to give to families, including:
- Winter coats and jackets
- Toys, Dolls, Games
We appreciate donations for teens, moms, and dads as well, such as:
- Fuzzy blankets
- Hair supplies, Makeup, Jewelry
- Electronic games
- Kitchen towels
- Costume jewelry
- Winter gloves, hats, socks
- Toiletries (e.g. shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, dental floss, mouthwash, hand & body soap, perfume, cologne, etc.)
- Gift Cards
To donate gifts (new please), contact 970-412-4536 for more information on what is needed and where to drop off. You may also purchase items directly from our Amazon Wishlist at: https://a.co/c2vU0iL and have them delivered to our address listed below.
- To get a tax donation form it is important to keep your receipt and attach it with your donation. Must have your name, address and phone number as well.

This will be a drive-thru event. CHILDREN MUST BE PRESENT. Este sera un evento para autoservicio para todos los niños. NIÑOS TIENEN QUE ESTAR PRESENTE.
Please line up in your cars by the black gate entrance. We will allow 5 children to get down, pick out a gift, and a new coat. A volunteer will be there to assist you. Any questions please call 970-412-4536.
